Kenneth E. Broquard, 95, of Fairbury, Illinois, passed away May 3, 2026. A longtime and dedicated member of the Illinois Fertilizer & Chemical Association (IFCA), Ken spent his career contributing to the growth and professionalism of Illinois’ ag retail industry.

Ken began his career with Edwards Soil Service in 1963, where he played an integral role in the company’s success, eventually serving as President and General Manager until his retirement. His leadership and commitment to the fertilizer industry were reflected in his active involvement with IFCA and the broader agricultural community.

Ken will be remembered for his lasting contributions to the fertilizer industry, his commitment to IFCA and its members, and his lifelong service to others.
