Anhydrous Ammonia Training Begins Next Week – Register Now

The Illinois Fertilizer & Chemical Association (IFCA), in partnership with the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDOA), will launch the 2026 Spring Competent Attendant Anhydrous Ammonia Training next week, beginning February 23 in Bloomington.

This in-person training is designed for individuals who work with or around anhydrous ammonia and is required for those responsible for its safe handling. Participants who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will receive a three-year Competent Attendant certification issued by IDOA.

February 25 – Effingham Events Center, Effingham
February 26 – Hilton Garden Inn, Mattoon

March 2 – Mendota Civic Center, Mendota
March 3 – Knox Agricenter, Galesburg
March 4 – Holiday Inn, Quincy
March 5 – Prairie View Reception Center, Chatham

March 16 – Agricenter, Bloomington
