Vaccine Shot Roll Out
IFCA has been in contact with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) over the last week regarding a new initiative in the COVID-19 vaccine shot roll out. The discussion has been about getting vaccine shots to companies of all sizes within our association. Currently, there is more vaccine than demand in Illinois.
IEMA is asking if there is interest for site visits where they would administer the vaccine to company employees who want to be vaccinated. IEMA would deliver and administer the vaccines through a third party provider, on-site at your location, at your convenience.
The program would be open to employees, their families as well as friends and neighbors. It can also be made into a community vaccination event.
