The Illinois Department of Agriculture issued a "Frequently Asked Questions" document today explaining the details on the use of Xtendimax, Engenia and FeXapan under the USEPA cancellation order.  The use of Tavium is also addressed, although it is not part of the cancellation order.   

 

IFCA believes this FAQ addresses all the questions that we had about how this affects ag retail members, distributors and growers.  Issues regarding grower pre-pay, transfer of product between custom application facilities, the prohibition of any product from wholesale distribution unless it was already owned by the custom application company and more are addressed in this FAQ.  Click here to see the 3-page FAQ.  

 

The IDA also extended the application cut-off date for Xtendimax, Engenia, FeXapan and Tavium to June 25, 2020.  All other requirements of the Illinois Special Local Needs labels including the temperature restriction on application remain in place.  New labels with the updated cut-off date should be available shortly and IFCA will post them on our Dicamba Training site under the "Resource" section.  That link is www.ifca.com/illinoisdicambatraining.
