IFCA works with NREC and the University of Illinois to implement nitrogen rate trials throughout Illinois, generating important date to ensure that the nitrogen recommendation system in Illinois reflects what is actually occuring with nitrogen use and uptake on corn acres throughout Illinois.  We have all the 2017 N Rate Trial results posted under our Keep it 4R Crop menu at www.ifca.com, click here to be sent directly to the N Rate Trial Results page.  On this page we also have a summary of the 2014-2017 yield responses compared to the MRTN.  Following the MRTN is a recommended practice in the Illinois Nutrient Loss Reduction Strategy.
