The Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity released detailed guidance on how businesses may begin to reopen once the regions of the state reach "Phase 3" of the Restore Illinois plan.  To see the detailed guidance and procedures the State is asking businesses to follow for various sectors of the economy (offices, restaurants, salons, etc) click here.  Phase 3 is expected to begin on June 1 for all regions of the state.
