The bill that removes the registration and license plate requirement for fertilizer wagons and self-propelled floaters and sprayers is on Governor Pritzker's desk.  We remain in contact with the Governor's office to encourage his signature on the bill as soon as possible.  Once he signs the bill it is effective immediately--we will keep you posted.
