Don't forget that your Tier 2 Chemical Inventory reports are due to IEMA and to your local LEPCs by March 1, 2018.  This year the hazard classifications for each chemical you report on the Tier 2 are new, so be sure to refer to a new Safety Data Sheet and look for the new categories when completing your Tier 2 reports.  If you don't have a new SDS, request one from your suppliers.  Also due on March 1 are the Pesticide Producing Establishment Reports, which must be submitted to USEPA on time to avoid late penalties.  If you have questions about reporting, please call IFCA.
