The fall ammonia safety schools will begin the week of September 11.  This is your opportunity to get everyone trained and certified if they are working with ammonia risers, storage tanks, nurse tanks and ammonia equipment.  At the ammonia schools, IFCA partners with the IL Dept of Ag so that you also get a review from IDA of recent ammonia incidents or any compliance issues at ammonia storage facilities.  The sharing and discussion of those circumstances helps to improve safety and compliance for everyone involved with anhydrous ammonia.  Please go to www.ifca.com and view our Calendar to see the dates and locations of the classes and to register on-line.  Some of these classes fill to capacity, so please register ahead of time!
