Last week, the House Ag Subcommittee on Conservation, Energy and Forestry held a hearing on the controversial EPA water rule.  EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers proposed the new rule in March to change the way the U.S. is regulating water under the Clean Water Act.  The hearing came as legislation was introduced by 30 Republican Senators last week to specifically block EPA and Army Corps from finalizing the water of the U.S. rule.
