Giovani is the new UI Field Crops Extension Agronomist. He grew up in Mato Grosso, Brazil, where he received his B.S. in Agronomy. Giovani also has degrees in Agronomy and Crop Sciences from Kansas State and the University of Illinois, primarily working with cover crops and N fertilizer management in different cropping systems. He will share past and current research as well as future research plans during his presentation the morning of January 17th during the CCA session.
