Dicamba Training & Resource Website

IFCA manages the Illinois Dicamba Training website, and we have updated the site with new information on the Special Local Needs labels for Xtendimax, Engenia, FeXapan and Tavium.  To see the SLN labels that include the June 20, 2020 cutoff date, 85 degree temperature restriction and other protective measures for using these products in Illinois, go to the "Resources" section of the website.

We have also posted several classroom training events, taught by Dr. Bill Simmons on behalf of BASF.  Most of these events follow the UI/IDA private applicator clinics and the first event is December 10 in Mt. Vernon.  Anyone can attend these classes, we just ask you to pre-register on the site so that we know how many to expect.  We encourage our retail members to reach out to the registrants and line up in-house classroom training for your commercial applicators who plan to apply dicamba in 2020.  You can also attend any of the classroom events, and soon the registrants will announce locations of additional classroom events plus links to on-line training.  Keep watching the website because more training classes will be added.

The Illinois Dicamba Training Website will be the home base for information on all training resources, including the links to on-line training when they become available, hopefully next month sometime.

Dicamba training is an annual requirement - so be sure to get your training certificate before spring 2020.
