The Illinois General Assembly adjourned yesterday after passing a $38.5 billion budget.  The FY19 budget now heads to Gov. Rauner's desk for his signature.  IFCA anticipate that Gov. Rauner will sign the budget bill. 

 

The Senate and House will not be coming back to Springfield until after the November elections for fall veto session on November 13.
