IFCA is a resource for you on all compliance issues. So if you receive an inspection directive, have a release, or get a violation letter or ticket from a state or federal agency and you are unsure of whether its accurate or correct, please call our office. We understand all of the state and federal regulations that impact ag retailers, and can assess your situation and advise you on the compliance process. Not every violation or citation our members receive is correct; inspectors and regulatory officials are human too, and the regulations are complex for everyone involved. So please, before you pay a fine or spend money on replacement parts, if there is any question in your mind as to whether it is a legitimate requirement, please contact John Rebholz, IFCA's Director of Safety and Education.
