Dear Illinois CCAs

Would you spend 5 minutes to help a friend in need?  In this case, the friend is the Illinois CCA Board and we are asking for a few minutes of your time to help us make the CCA Program in Illinois stronger.

Following is a survey which asks for information about yourself, your opinions and the way you obtain CEUs.  Our objective is to come up with ways we can better serve you as well as get any suggestions you may have that we may not have already explored.
