Objectives For Compliance Assessment:

  1. Quantify a facility's compliance effort as it pertains to Illinois Regulations
  2. Produce a final compliance report for IFCA member's facility
  3. Covers major regulatory issues, especially issues found to result in enforcement action and/or accidents
  4. Assist IFCA members to become more familiar with Illinois regulatory issues that impact their business

Description:

Once the person describes their scope of operations (check all that apply in Step 2), the website will present them with only the relative compliance statement (questions that pertain to a facilitiy's scope of operations). The person from your facility preparing the compliance assessment will compare a list of compliance statements to a facility's actual performance. A honest yes or no answer is required. The web-based tool tabulates the score as the questions are answered, including the score on the final report along with all compliance statements and answers for later reference. All questions are valued equally and the number of questions will depend on your facility's scope of operation
